1.All loan application fees, processing charges, and other service-related fees are non-refundable once the loan application is submitted and processed. These fees cover administrative costs and credit evaluation, regardless of loan approval status.
2. In the event of an incorrect or duplicate payment made by the user, a refund may be issued after verification. Users must report such issues within 7 business days of the transaction. Supporting documentation (e.g., transaction receipts or bank statements) may be required to process the refund.
3.Approved and disbursed loans cannot be canceled or refunded. Once the loan amount is credited to the user’s account, the repayment terms agreed upon at the time of disbursement remain binding.
4.Penalties and late payment charges incurred due to overdue payments are non-refundable. Users are responsible for timely repayments as per the loan agreement to avoid such charges.
5. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Support Email Address] or through the in-app support feature. The request will be reviewed, and if deemed valid, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Any bank or intermediary fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
